"Knights looking to continue upward trend" for 2016 season
by Nathan Smith in Tribune Review
The Norwin girls cross country has been climbing the ranks of the WPIAL.  After finishing in eighth place at the WPIAL Class AAA championship race in 2013 and 2014, the Knights claimed sixth last season....
The boys side did lose two of their top runners from last season to graduation in Tyler Laughery and Dylan Colcombe. But there is plenty of talent returning as the Knights look to defend their section title.
